Focaccia catering in Berlin for the office: quantity, price, process
Focaccia works well as office catering: handy, no cutlery needed, individually topped and available for every diet. Here is how to plan it with Poolside.
How many pieces per person
One focaccia measures about 12 × 10 cm. For lunch we plan two pieces per person, for a meeting snack one.
Example: a team of 20
20 people for lunch means 40 pieces. Orders are in units of 5 per kind, for example eight kinds of 5. Depending on the kind, focaccia cost between €7.30 and €11.90 per piece, so 40 pieces come to between €292 and €476. The minimum order for pickup and delivery up to 3.5 km is €200.
Vegan and vegetarian
Four kinds are vegan, plus vegetarian, fish and meat kinds. For mixed teams we suggest ordering at least two vegan kinds.
Delivery and payment
We deliver up to 20 km from Prenzlauer Berg, pickup is free. Order two days ahead. Companies receive an invoice; private customers pay at least 50% no later than 24 hours before delivery.
